shipping + returns

In Store Purchases:

Can be returned up to 14 days after purchase as long as they are unworn, tags attached and you have an accompanying receipt.  They are only eligible for STORE CREDIT or EXCHANGE.

If you are returning something you bought in-store but sending it back, you must follow online purchase directions below (you will still only be eligible for STORE CREDIT or EXCHANGE and have the standard 14 days as listed above)....

Online Purchases:

We charge a flat $5 shipping for items under 1lb total for anywhere in the United States. We charge $10 shipping for anything over 1lb anywhere in the United States.

Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order.

We do not ship on weekends. Orders placed Friday after 2pm MST will be processed Monday morning.

All domestic orders are shipped out via USPS First Class Mail within 2 business days of your processing date. Depending on where you live in the US, you will get your package within 3-7 days of the date it was shipped. As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email Shipping Confirmation with tracking information for your package.

Sales tax is not charged on orders unless shipping within the state of Utah. We currently do not ship internationally.

Web orders are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Web orders are not eligible for exchange you must send back for full refund and re-purchase the correct size. 

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: ALL SALE items, discounted items and jewelry.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags.  Footwear must include the original shoe box in its original condition.

If any returns do not meet these requirements, you will be contacted and the items will be returned to you immediately. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage. Please contact our customer service if you have any questions: flightboutique@gmail.com

Refunds and Processing:

Online orders are eligible for a refund if returned back to us within 14 days of receipt of arrival to you. You MUST email us at flightboutique@gmail.com and request permission to return. Some returns shall be subject to a 10% restocking fee. 

Sending merchandise for return is your financial responsibility, we advise you purchase tracking and insurance for your own protection.

We cannot accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves.

Refunds will be processed within approximately 3 to 7 business days after we receive your return.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
