shipping + returns
To start a return or exchange from our online store, visit our return portal here.
Online Purchases:
Online purchases can be returned for a refund, exchange or a store credit issued within 30 days of delivery through our online Re:do return portal here. The item must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags. Footwear must include the original shoe box in its original condition. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
About Re:do
If you purchase the $1.98 free returns for store credit + exchange protection at the original time of checkout, there is no shipping cost to return the package. You will be able to submit a return for store credit, or exchange and receive a pre-paid label through our return portal. If you are returning for full refund you will still be responsible to pay the cost of the shipping label back to us. If you did not purchase the $1.98 free return + exchange protection at the original time of checkout, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the product, you will still use the re:do portal to start a return.
We are not able to retroactively add re:do once the order has been processed.
Return Instructions
Please include a packing slip with your return, Re:do will provide this at the time of printing the return shipping label. Please wrap your item neatly and in paper of some kind to protect the item.
Shoes must be sent back in the original shoe box. Shoe boxes should be shipped back in a box to protect the items. Shoes sent back with shipping labels directly on the shoe box or in a bag will result in a 20% restocking deducted from your store credit.
Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return. Once processed, your store credit will be emailed to you.
If any returns do not meet these requirements, you will be contacted and the items will be returned to you immediately. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage. Please contact our customer service if you have any questions: flightboutique@gmail.com
In Store Purchases:
Can be returned up to 14 days after purchase as long as they are unworn, tags attached and you have an accompanying receipt. They are only eligible for STORE CREDIT or EXCHANGE.
If you are returning something you bought in-store but shipping it back, please email us with item description and order number at flightboutique@gmail.com so we may assist you on shipping instructions back to us. It will be your responsibility to pay for return shipping. Once we receive the item in the return window we will email you a gift card to use online or in store.
